Combination/ boxing, Combination/ FSMA


Work on all combination, hands, legs,elbows, head, knees and more!.
work on a combination, of any 2 strikes, then step up the combination to a
combination of 4 to 5 or more. All combination must be done slowly first, then build up speed.
WHEN YOU MASTER THE COMBINATION,IT SHOULD ALWAYS BE DONE
WITH LIGHTNING SPEED!
